Please read these terms carefully before registering, adding money to your wallet or ordering any service.

1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://onlinedigitalservice.xyz and its user dashboard (together, the "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by Online Digital Service, an unregistered sole proprietorship business owned by Mominul Islam, having its place of business at Murshidabad, West Bengal, India ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, adding money to your wallet or placing an order, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • The Platform is intended for use by individuals and retailers located in India.
  • If you use the Platform on behalf of a shop or business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Your account

  • You must register with accurate details, including your name, email address and a mobile number that can receive the one-time password (OTP) sent for verification.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and OTPs confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
  • Tell us immediately at mominulonlinetelicom@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We may suspend or refuse registration if details are false, incomplete, or appear to be used for fraud.

4. Our services

Online Digital Service is a private, independent assisted-service platform. Through the Platform we offer document and citizen-service assistance, such as printing PVC cards from documents you provide, document printing, and help with preparing and submitting applications for services like PAN and Voter ID. The exact services, what each one includes, its price and its expected delivery time are shown on the Platform before you place an order.

Not a government website. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of UIDAI, the Income Tax Department, NSDL/Protean, UTIITSL, the Election Commission of India or any other government authority. Official government fees (where applicable) are separate from our service charge, and final approval of any government application rests solely with the relevant authority.

5. Your responsibilities and consent

  • You will only submit documents and personal details that belong to you, or that you are submitting with the clear, informed consent of the person they belong to.
  • You confirm that all information and documents you provide are genuine, accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, rejections or incorrect output caused by wrong or incomplete information supplied by you.
  • You will use the services and any output (for example printed cards or documents) only for lawful purposes and never to impersonate anyone or create forged or altered documents.
  • You authorise us to process the details and documents you submit only to the extent needed to deliver the service you ordered.

6. Pricing and payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the Platform before you place an order. Any applicable taxes or government fees will be shown separately where they apply.
  • Money is added to your Platform wallet through our payment partner Razorpay, using methods such as UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
  • Services are paid for by deducting the displayed price from your wallet balance at the time you place the order.
  • We may change prices from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been placed.

7. Prepaid wallet

  • Your wallet balance is a prepaid amount that can be used only to pay for services on this Platform.
  • The wallet is not a bank account or a payment instrument. The balance does not earn interest, cannot be transferred to another user and cannot be used outside the Platform.
  • Wallet credits appear in your wallet passbook once the payment is confirmed by Razorpay.
  • Refund of unused wallet balance is handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Order processing, delivery and cancellation

Orders are processed and delivered as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may ask you for additional or clearer documents to complete an order; the order may be put on hold until you provide them.

9. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • submit another person's documents or personal data without their consent, or use the Platform for identity theft, forgery or any fraudulent purpose;
  • use stolen payment methods, make fraudulent payments or raise false chargebacks;
  • attempt to hack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or bypass the security of the Platform;
  • upload malware or any content that is unlawful, obscene or infringes the rights of others;
  • resell or misrepresent our services as government services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited use and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

10. Intellectual property

The Platform's design, text, graphics, logos and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or reuse them without our written permission. Documents you upload remain yours.

11. Third-party services

The Platform relies on third-party services such as Razorpay (payments), SMS providers (OTP delivery) and, where relevant, official government portals. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their downtime or errors.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

  • We try to keep the Platform available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by government authorities, third-party portals, incorrect information you provided, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot legally be limited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any loss, claim or penalty arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or documents or information you submitted without the right to do so.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform and request closure of your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. On closure, any eligible unused wallet balance will be refunded as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy, except where the balance is linked to fraud or is required to be withheld by law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Murshidabad, West Bengal, India.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
